problem uploading videos by elizabeth s.

I have never had problems uploading videos on here but it seems it's not going to let me do it today! Has anyone had the same problem??
I've been trying to upload a video off & on for a week now with no luck. Acts like it's going to load, even shows the thumbnail but when I submit, it comes back around to a blank page asking me to . . .
